3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify prices at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order. We accept Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and PhonePe.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
